Hi John, Your frustration is understandable, but your review is misdirected. I was the listing agent representing the seller, not your agent, and not responsible for communicating with you directly. Your own agent and lender failed to keep you informed, as confirmed by the closing attorney, who has documentation proving that all necessary updates were provided to the appropriate parties—including your agent. If your agent chose not to communicate with you, that is an issue you should take up with them, not unfairly place on me or my team. We acted professionally and fulfilled our responsibilities in full. I encourage you to revisit the facts before placing blame where it doesn’t belong.
